The spacious veranda of the 8th floor gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy the view or the sun, even to create a magnificent working space under the Athenian sky.
The bedroom area is equipped with a luxurious double bed with orthopedic mattress, bedside table and open space wardrobe.
High quality linen and towels, and bed sheets.
There are high quality Blind Shades and Curtains in the room,for a totally relaxing and comfy atmosphere.

Your luggage can be arranged from us to be stored at a nearby location if you arrive early or have a few hours to spare between checking out and departing!If you have any other requests please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Other things to note:
The main entrance will be held locked during the night time.
There is doorman in the building from 7:30 till 17:00 Monday to Friday.
The fire place is only for decoration not for use Parties not allowed!

- No smoking
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Unless you selected the non-refundable option.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
